Full Time Senior Operations Manager:

The Senior Operations Manager is a key hire for the team at Brillband, the purpose of this role is to provide high level and general support to company management and contribute to Brillband by allowing us to further accelerate our expansion plans; working closely alongside the CEO to build a scalable and efficient infrastructure.

Senior Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

You will quickly find that in the role of Senior Operations Manager, no two days are the same! However, some of the more frequent, day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Review overall operational support and identify, implement, and manage innovative ways of working to maximise efficiency and quality of delivery.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for the business.
  • Manage all resource requirements for the business, ensuring internal resource is fully utilised.
  • Develop operational KPI’s based on team capacity, profitability, and budget management, and roll out to the team.
  • Manage customer revenue forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee financial operations including invoicing, credit control, expenses processing and reporting.

Business Operations Manager Skills and Attributes Required:

To be successful in the position of Senior Operations Manager at Brillband, you’ll need the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic approach.
  • Experience in Intercom and automating processes
  • Highly organised, diligent with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective people skills – builds trust, rapport, and confidence with customers and within the Brillband team – demonstrates integrity to build trust and strong relationships.
  • Forward-thinking and innovative approach – curious and outward-focused, constantly looking to improve and develop tools, processes, and solutions.
  • Responsive and customer-focused – recognises the importance of facilitating an excellent customer experience and representing the Brillband brand externally.
  • Remains calm and clear-headed under pressure, capable of balancing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
  • Experience of commercial and financial strategy development.

Hours: Full time

Place of Work: Glasgow Office/option of working some days from home

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year (FTE)
