From the 03rd of August our ads will be featured on 7 JCDecaux billboards in and across Glasgow. Here’s how you could win full fibre broadband free for a year:
The Rules
1. The competition will run for 2 weeks, from the 03rd of August until the 17th of August 2023.
2. The first person to locate, photograph and share the photos on Instagram tagging @brillband and using the hashtags #Brillband #Brillboard will win full fibre broadband for a year provided by Brillband
3. The 7 locations can be found in the following postcode areas, G11, G15, G20, G52 & G72 – To qualify for free full fibre broadband, the winner will either need to be a current Brillband customer, or be in a serviceable Brillband area to get connected.Â

1. Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to residents of Scotland aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Participants must either be an existing customer of Brillband or reside in an area where Brillband’s full fibre broadband service is available.
2. Competition Period:
2.1 The competition will commence on 03 August 2023 and will end on 17 August 2023. All entries must be submitted within this period to be eligible for consideration.
3. How to Enter:
3.1 To participate, participants must locate seven billboards displaying Brillband advertisements.
3.2 Take clear and identifiable photos of each billboard location.
3.3 Tag Brillband’s Instagram Account in the photos and use the designated competition hashtags provided by Brillband in the photo captions.
4. Winner Selection:
4.1 The first person to successfully find all seven billboard locations, follow the entry guidelines, and tag Brillbandâs Instagram Account will be declared the winner.
5. Winner Announcement:
5.1 The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within seven days of the competition’s conclusion.
5.2 The winner must respond to the notification within seven days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.
6. Prize:
6.1 The winner will receive full fibre broadband service free of charge for a period of one year from the date of activation.
6.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.Â
7. Verification of Eligibility:
7.1 The winner may be required to provide proof of residence within a full fibre broadband serviceable area or evidence of existing Brillband customer status before claiming the prize.
8. Publicity Release:
8.1 By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to Brillband’s use of their name, Instagram handle, photographs, and any other relevant details for promotional purposes, both online and offline, without any further compensation.
9. Disqualification:
9.1 Brillband reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the competition’s terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
10. Limitation of Liability:
10.1 Brillband shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.
11. Privacy Policy:
11.1 All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with Brillband’s privacy policy.
12. Changes to the Competition:
12.1 Brillband reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason beyond its control.
