Really cant ask for more. Never had any issues from sign up to getting connected and speeds are always great. Whats really impressed me is the fast communication. There was an outage which wasn't great but no fault of Brillband's. If you know how broadband works then you'll know that things can happen with underground cables. I was sent updates across the day and customer service was friendly and responsive.
Excellent and local customer service. The engineers that came out to do the install were very helpful and did a nice neat tidy job can’t thank them enough. The broadband itself is fantastic, so fast and no dropping out like before.
Good installation team. 840Mbs down and 940Mbs upload on wired PC. Think supplied erro 6 router can manage 500Mbs on wifi. If you use 2.4G smart devices plugs, lights etc, remember to temporarily disable 5G on erro before trying to set devices up as erro will default to 5G and smart device apps will fail. Erro uses same SSID for 2.4 and 5G wifi. I was with Virginmedia/ntlword for over 20 years before Brillband. 3 x the speed at just over half the price compared to Virginmedia.
Would Recommend , Had a Smooth install and customer support is Second to none , Great Scottish Friendly Company , Not Had a Single issue, Speed as advertised At 900/900 upload and download Superfast. 10 out of 10.
Fastest and best customer service I've experienced in years, hands down. Filled out a form on their website and got a phone call less than five minutes later (no exaggeration). Had an engineer appointment set for a week later, and everything was installed grwat the first time. No issues, and they've been fantastic. A+++.
Install went without a hitch, I have moved from 300mb Virgin connection to this which seems to be very good and reliable, 900mb download and 1gb upload, fantastic
So glad I made the switch from virgin. Stable connection so far with no drops. Any slight issues I had there was a prompt response from one of the local team who were only too happy to help. Much prefer putting my money into a company offering local support rather than those offshoring much to the frustration of their customers.
Never had a ISP before where when you call their customer service you know you will have your situation resolved quickly and without being bounced to 20 departments.
My fastest call time with Brillband from picking up the phone to having my question resolved has been under 5 minutes! I wouldn't even be through the automated questions with a big provider in that time.
Especially liked the continuation of support, email support never felt like you had to explain the same problem over and over.
Having been let down by my previous broadband provider I decided to give Brillband a try.
Connected today. Excellent customer service. Setup was a wee bit tricky but from start to finish Vivian talked me through every step of the way.

I wasn't sure about going with brillband as they are a new company but the installation and the setup of the service was very easy. Murren in the support team was great to speak to and the engineer who installed the box and ran the cable into the house was very professional. I couldn't be happier just now.
Within 10 minutes of signing up online I got a call from Lyle, confirming my activation date and then got an email confirming everything I needed to get myself up and running from the get-go. I'm loving the tech you use, the proactive way you do your service and I can't wait to see where Brillband goes next!

Fantastic customer service, I was one of the first people to join up, I also left due to a fault on my end but got that sorted and the customer service was fantastic. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you have the best service.
